Vision For the Future
We want to encourage you to join us as we seek God's direction for Grace Community Church. We will be receiving one more special offering that will go directly toward Vision for the Future. As we desire to steward what God has given us, the 1st step is to ask God to miraculously provide as we reduce debt on our current facility and prepare for future opportunities. Please prayerfully consider what part God would have you play in this exciting process. If you wish to give toward Vision for the Future prior to our next special offering in September, please use one of the special offering envelopes which are available in the lobby. Thank you for your prayer and sacrificial giving in this endeavor.
Our next special offering dates:
December 24, 27-28
Newcomers' Class
God is doing some phenomenal things here at Grace. With the addition of our 4th service, we have seen our attendance jump to over 1400 people a week! We count it a privilege to be able to "honor God by reaching people with the Good News of Jesus Christ and teaching them to become fully devoted followers of him!"
However with this growth, we are experiencing a few parking issues, especially between the 10:00AM service and 11:30AM service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will do our best to shorten the length of our services to help with the traffic flow.
We are also asking for your help in minimizing these issues.
Please consider attending the 8:30AM Service.
Please try to bring one car per family instead of 2 or 3.
Please follow the instructions of our parking attendants.
Please remember that this is a temporary issue. God has some great things planned for us in the near future. Please continue to keep our leadership in prayer as we search for a future home that would best fit our needs.
Grace Prayer Ministry You are invited and encouraged to meet with us for prayer every Saturday from 5:00-5:30PM and every Sunday from 7:30-8:00AM in the Youth room.
This time is dedicated to praying for God's direction for our church, our leadership, and for those who walk through our doors each weekend. This is a safe environment where we welcome God to be a part of every aspect of Grace Community Church.
There is no pressure to pray individually. This can be hard or intimidating we realize. Our goal is to have an opportunity to come together and join hearts and faith, whether praying or being in agreement as others pray. All are welcome!
Additionally, if you have a prayer request or praise that you would like to submit, please contact the Grace Prayer Ministry Team. Any prayer requests that are submitted will be confidential to the Prayer Ministry Team and church leadership. We recognize that your prayer requests and comments deserve the utmost in care and protection and we strive to honor that trust.
For more information, please contact the Grace Prayer Ministry Team.

MOPS Mothers of Preschoolers
This year Women of Grace is pleased to offer MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)! MOPS is open to mothers with children from birth to 6 years of age In MOPS mothers will experience authentic community, mothering support, personal growth, and the spiritual hope, all to help them be the best moms possible!
The MOPS theme for 2008-2009 is Adventures in Mothering. The motherhood adventure, just like that of an amusement park, with the sights, sounds, tastes and smells, may put you right into sensory overload. This year together we will celebrate and embrace the fun experiences even in the midst of the daily mom life. We will learn more about ourselves as women, mothers, wives, and children of God. Take heart! You are not alone in this adventure. Our theme verse is Ephesians 3:18 "How wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ" Come, join the adventure with us!
Our next MOPS meeting is December 5th at 6:30PM.
Click here for a MOPS Newsletter.
Registration today! If you or someone you know is interested in joining MOPS, please fill out the
registration form and return it with the registration fee to the church this weekend! For more information please contact Michelle Barkley or Amy Squyres.
